Can I purchase the item in differnt color?

I try to keep the cost the same with the original, however some customization may require extra cost for the materials & labor for the process. Please feel free to contact me with your idea, and I try my best to serve my your needs.

Are your materials safe?

All of my Origami paper is authentic and high quality, imported from Japan. They have lasting deep & vibrant color and sensitive texture. Also, I try to use safe products as much as possible, water-base paint, wood vanish and glue for your safety.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is my number one priority. If you’re not totally satisfied with your 1000birds purchase you can return products with original condition within 14 days of notice and 14 days of shipment for a full refund minus shipping cost.

Sorry, we do not accept returns on customized products. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged. However, I will be happy to solve your problems with it, so please contact me further assistance.
